Suit up and SCUBA dive with the Gentle Giants of the Ocean Voyager. This is a “once in a lifetime” encounter with whale sharks and manta rays that you can experience over and over again.
Experience Atlanta’s premier dive adventure as the Dive Immersion team caters to all your diving needs—guiding you step-by-step, answering questions, ensuring your safety, and leading you through one of the largest aquariums in the world.
 

Expect the full experience to take between 2.5 and 3 hours. First, you will be given an orientation to the habitat, the animals, your dive plan, and the safety guidelines for your experience. Then you will dress out & gear up. The aquarium will provide everything you need during and after your dive. All gear is set up and sized to you before your experience. Now it is time for the Journey with the Gentle Giants. You will spend 30 minutes underwater guided by 3 dive professionals who will ensure both your safety and the safety of the animals. After the diving is over, it’s time for a change of clothes and a debrief. SHORE EXCURSIONS

Divers and non-divers enjoy shore excursions. The jet drive boat, Sea Dog, transports guests from AquaCat to shore for land-based activities, such as:

  • Visiting Exuma Land & Sea Park
  • Beachcombing on uninhabited cays
  • Learning about uninhabited Bahamian islands during guided walking tours – history, nature, legend and lore
  • Encountering local wildlife – sea and shorebirds, iguanas and yes, even pigs
  • Relaxing on a secluded beach

Recreational Activities include:

  • Kayaking along the beach and in the creek amid mangroves
  • Learning or mastering stand up paddleboarding (SUPs)
  • Snorkeling along the beach and in grottos and discovering life below the waterline
  • Kneeboarding or tubing
  • Jumping into the water from our make-shift tree swing
  • Fishing for local favorites

DINING

Your trip includes three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner – plus snacks. Each is prepared on board by the chef and highlights American and Bahamian cuisine. For the convenience and flexibility of guests, buffet service is featured for breakfast, lunch and most dinners.

The most formal event is a casual sit-down dinner on Thursday. Guests can choose from one of several entrees and wine selections. With advance notice, the chef can prepare special menus, such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free, etc.

The bar opens for those who aren’t planning to go on a night dive. Beverage selections include soft drinks, bottled water, wine, cocktails, rum drinks and local craft beer on tap.

THE BOAT

The newest member of the All Star Bahamas fleet is the 102-foot long scuba diving liveaboard. Scuba Diving magazine voted it the Best Liveaboard in the world 3 years in a row.  The tri-level All Star Aqua Cat offers 11 passenger cabins – some of the largest in the dive liveaboard world, a spacious dive deck, a main salon for dining and relaxing, a sundeck with a panoramic view, and an alfresco bar.

The vessel cruises at a speed of 12-knots allowing, us to travel quickly between dive sites while her 35-ft. beam ensures a smooth ride. The All Star Aqua Cat provides divers a luxury experience, but with a comfortable and casual vibe.

The Aqua Cat was specifically designed with scuba divers and adventure travelers in mind.

Monday through Wednesday:
4 daytime dives and 1 night dive per day/night in the Exuma Cays and/or Eleuthera. Shore excursions are offered daily.

Thursday:
4 daytime dives Captain’s Dinner with photo and video presentations; awards presented during dessert.

Friday:
2 daytime dives.
Return to Nassau 2:00-5:00pm depending on weather and travel distance.
6:00pm Farewell Cocktail Party.
Port night in Nassau! Dinner on your own. The evening is yours to enjoy in Nassau.

Saturday:
